At Midwest, we continue to make safety a priority. Our Health, Safety, and Environment Team works hard to ensure that our people stay safe 24/7. Midwest’s rigorous safety program provides the training needed for work in the field or the office. Regular inspections and training updates help to maintain Midwest’s excellent safety record.

New employees receive safety training on the equipment they’ll be using, how to avoid safety hazards in the field, and how to work safely and effectively around sensitive oil and gas facilities. Wildlife risks, driving techniques, and first aid are among the comprehensive training classes provided for our field personnel. These classes give our new field representatives the skills and confidence needed to work safely. In addition, Midwest works hard to provide mentorship to new employees to ensure that they are paired with and given the opportunity to learn from highly experienced team leaders.
