Midwest Surveys has a friendly, “small company” atmosphere. We’re a well-established, growing company with room for career advancement. We value hard work but also offer a casual, fun environment where you won’t get lost in the shuffle.

Midwest’s offices host a number of employee events each year. Most offices will gather together for a golf tournament, camping trip, or other outings in the summer, plus periodic group lunches and, of course, some sort of Christmas/seasonal celebration in the winter. Most importantly, we strive towards providing friendly workplaces, every day.

A company newsletter keep employees up-to-date on the “who, what, where, why” of events concerning Midwest. This helps to keep Midwest’s various offices in Saskatchewan and Alberta connected and it gives us a venue for celebrating employee milestones. Important items include years of service anniversaries, promotions, new employees, weddings, births, and company events.

Although it varies by office and position within Midwest, generally the company maintains a fairly casual atmosphere. We know that most people work better if they aren’t struggling to wear a suit all day.
