How can I get a job at Midwest? |
 |
We generally post available positions on our website or through local advertisements. Sometimes, however, we hire new people without posting the position publicly. If you are interested in a career with Midwest, feel free to send us a resume and cover letter explaining your education and experience. We’ll keep it on file to consider for new positions as they become available. Be sure to mention your preference for office locations and whether you might be willing to relocate. All resumes should be sent to Midwest’s Human Resources Department via email or see our Contact page for mailing information.

How about medical benefits? |
 |
Midwest has a comprehensive benefits plan that addresses employee needs for medical, dental, prescription, and other services. Our benefits plan is designed to allow for flexibility to cover a range of needs without bogging workers down with too many forms.
To help keep our workers healthy, Midwest also has an extensive safety program to ensure that the appropriate training and safety gear is in place before workers can enter harms way. Across the industry, new workers are most at risk for on-the-job injuries. To reduce the risks, Midwest encourages mentorship with more experienced workers. This can give new employees the chance to reinforce their safety training with continued exposure to safe practices in the field.
