Educational Opportunities
At Midwest Surveys we believe in continuing education and career development for our employees. One avenue we provide for career growth is our educational training assistance program. Through this initiative we provide 100% reimbursement of job-related courses and in-house training to all staff, up to a maximum of $1000.00 per calendar year, per person. This includes full payment of tuition and books.
Midwest Surveys also supports its summer students with the Student Education Assistance Program, which is designed to recognize select ‘Star’ employees, with the hope that these students will return to Midwest upon graduation.
Midwest Surveys also assists in employee career development by supporting employee memberships in various professional industry and trade organizations and other associations. We realize that participation in professional associations by individual employees enhances the employee’s career while helping to maintain Midwest’s edge within the Geomatics industry.
